Our refund policy lasts for 12 hours once you purchase your ticket. If 12 hours have gone by since the purchase of your ticket, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
To complete your refund, you need to submit a receipt or proof of your purchased ticket.
Please do not send your purchase ticket to anyone else. Partial refunds are not granted.
Once your refund request has been received and throughly verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you regarding the status, i.e. approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working business days.
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 working business days, first check your bank account again before contacting us.
Then contact your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed and posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
